Hi, I'm Kerry. We all had a problem coming up with a theme for this page because I like everything. I don't have a particular favorite, and so the powers that be chose stars. Aren't they nice? I like the ones that blink.
Want to come and visit my world? I have a brother, Ryan, and a sister, Jacqui. I live with them and Mom and Dad and Ribbons and Little Foot. Ribbons is my dog, and Little Foot is my cat.
I turned three in October (I had a pumpkin party), and I share a bedroom with Jacqui. Mom and Dad say I would be their brightest star if I learned to go right to sleep and not keep my sister awake. Maybe I will surprise them this year. You know what? My Daddy's birthday is in February and he will be eight years old (he's a leap year baby). Isn't that silly?

I didn't know whether to call you starshine or sunshine. Both names fit you so well; you sparkle and light up all of our lives, in part because you have such a bubbly and laisez-faire personality. I love the way you attack life, with smiles and laughter. You approach everything as a game and an adventure. I envy this, Kerry, and I hope that you never change.
Day care has not been the same since you and Jacqui started coming here. We laugh a lot more and play a lot more. That's a little of your magic starlight at work.

A star is a big ball of gas which gives off both heat and light. What happens to them as they grow older? Stars change over time. It may take millions to billions of years for a star to live out its life. That is a very, very long time.
